Worst hotel/casino I have ever stayed in. I will never stay in Hilton hotel again. I was given a dirty room with dirty towels, spit on the walls, pubic hair on the ceiling above the shower and defective shower wand that fell and cut my foot. I reported issues to management, showed them pictures videos and there own personal came documented what happen. I had to fight to get a different room with a horrible view not what I booked. I waited and waited for management to make things right and just got brushed off. I was injured by this hotel never recieved follow ups. Then to top it off a bunch of minors Rome endlessly and clog the elevators to the upper floors. So if you like being packed like sardines in elevators and massively disgusting long waits then this is the resort for you. The worst experience for a “luxury hotel”. Absolutely ruined my vacation and Hilton has yet to even contact me after my stay. Do not book! Do not book unless you wanna have a stay like me. Absolutely disappointing

I really wanted to like this property, but it was very mixed. Before our trip I received a "fake" Hilton confirmation number; because we booked through a site, it was useless, but I still wasted time trying to do all the things the email said we should try to do like e-check-in and app key to room. Very frustrating. In-person check-in took almost 30 minutes waiting in line, and the staff member Annie tried to upsell us with food and beverage credits to take an inferior 2-queen room. The staff member never gave us the promised list of properties where we could use the credits and we were too tired to remember to ask again. There is no in-person help without getting in the long check-in line again, very understaffed. The marble counter in the room was filthy, covered with something thick and sticky which immediately damaged the cover of my book when I put it down. The 2-queen room is tiny, I ended up kicking the wall several times in my sleep because the bed is almost wedged in the counter. You don't come to Vegas to watch TV, but ours stopped working for a day and in-room checkout through TV did not work, it simply froze over and over at "review" and never allowed us actually to check out on he TV. The rideshare pickup location is the worst I have ever seen in any property, basically a dark parking lot near the employee parking garage and very far away from the hotel. Nice pools and many chairs, but very disorganized hotel and seemed too much like the clown property next-door.

Beautiful property, as it should be as its a newer higher end hotel. Felt safe and very comfortable here, clean and inviting. Parking was easy, although it was an extra cost. Seemed strange to have to pay extra for parking when you stayed at the resort. It was inconvenient to pay each time you left with the vehicle. If they were making it a pay for guests, it should be handled differently, maybe as a per day cost on your stay, not a pay each time you drive out. Would be better to have free parking for guests. Restaurants on site were good. Service at the Dawg House was poor, took forever to get our order taken, food was mediocre, and had to wait again to pay. Not to mention expensive for the style of food. Suns Out Buns Out Breakfast had great service, decent food, but again overpriced... $8.50 US for a glass of orange juice..... Juniors restaurant was great food and decent service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, being on the strip and walking distance to most things was nice.
