“You could tell by some of the architectural details that this motel is old. But it is renovated and is fresh and new and modern. And very clean and quiet. I especially appreciate multiple electrical outlets and USB ports in easily accessible spots in the room. A/C was easy to use. Mini-fridge was cold and ready to use and had a small freezer, so I could re-freeze the blue ice pack for my car cooler. In the same parking lot as the motel there is a pizza restaurant and a Chevron with convenience……

“Well-kept condo. The team was responsive and quick to replace a missing teapot. We came for a ski race at Mt. Bachelor and the location was perfect with a short drive to the hill and the unit had space for all the skis and gear.”

“Exactly what we were hoping for! The upstairs is perfect for kids, it had everything and more we could have needed. We were out site seeing and visiting all the local lakes and attractions during the day, the cabin was a perfect centrally located spot to come back to every evening. I was nervous about booking (this was our first time), but it went smoothly and was worth every penny. Made great memories!”

“TV did not work. When I phoned the contact she said that should have been included in pre-check-in information. There was no hot water in bathroom sink. No way to regulate heat in the apartment. Bed was way too soft and I had neck problems from sleeping on it. I think I should get a discount, given all these problems. Please let me know.”

“We had a great time at this property with our family. We played hide & seek and our 10 yr old was thrilled with the television channel and on demand options. Being able to do laundry on site was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots and pans, kitchen tools, and basic cooking seasonings/oils. ”

“This is my second stay at this condo. That will tell you everything. I needed a new barbecue and the office took care of it very quickly. Can’t say enough about the staff and their kindness. We will be back!”

“In general the place was great. I will say that it's very basic. We were good with that because we go to that area to be outside but beware that it is a little outdated and minimal amenities. For us it was great. No spices or anything, which again isn't a big deal just good to know if you are planning on cooking which we do. I will say the communication with Vacasa odd. We had a few issues with the internet initially and Vacasa support wasn't easy to get ahold of but they had the issue resolved……

“Very old dated rugs, Not much to do, SHARC indoor pool not open, detours to get to house, Lava caves not open, faucet in bathroom shower was falling apart, livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Need to bring filters & coffee for pot, no Keurig.Location was good, bed comfortable.”
