“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The outside of the hotel is beautiful and the location inside of Sirmione is perfect. The aircondition did not work very well and the room was pretty humid at night (only 15-18 degrees outside). We could not have a drink on the sun deck or rooftop, just on the sunbeds after 9 pm. some of the waiters were rude but others were really nice. We really liked the coffee at breakfast (cappuccino and espresso). Overoll with the location, We are happy with our stay. I really reccomend going to Sirmione! ”

“The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. “Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast.
