“The motel rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Since there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if there was coffee provided and some basic condiments, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The property was outstanding. Very secluded beautiful setting with the creek and sandy beach right out your back door. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was just off the master bedroom. We've rented A LOT of properties over the years and this one exceeded expectations above all others.”

“It’s a nice quiet place close enough to the French quarter to walk. Only complaints are the walls are thin so you can hear the people next door, and the mattress could use an upgrade. Although for the price and location, you can’t beat it!”

“The house was beautiful and clean. We contacted the host a few times and got an immediate response. We enjoyed the lovely kitchen and open concept floorpan. The house is very large with 2 bedrooms down & 2 up. The bathrooms are very nice. We enjoyed the back screened porch with 2 fans to provide a cool breeze. We fished during the day and enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area.”

“My daughter recently graduated from LSU and my husband and I were disappointed that we couldnt get our usual room at The Cook. Well, after staying at Aldo & Erin's adorable cottage home, we're a bit sad we hadn't found it sooner. It's in a perfect location if visiting LSU, especially for any sporting event. An easy walk, even in undesirable weather. Everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable, that i didnt even use the pillow I brought. There wasnt anything extra we felt……
