“When we first checked in, we ended up with an attic room on 4th floor …stairs only. It was too much for me and husband. We went to front desk and explained it wasn’t for us….they immediately changed our room to another building with an elevator at no additional charge. They were so understanding. It turned out very well. Thank you to the staff @front desk! ”

“Kate at check-in is very courteous knowledgeable and professional. She gave a lot of insight to the area and parking at the venue we were attending that day. She had a great personality and very accommodating. Room was very clean and and our requests were met when we arrived. We will return when in area. ”
