“The whole property was excellent and very well maintained and run. The staff were amazing, helpful and eager to solve any problems. The restaurants were exceptional and the service was wonderful. “Quality service especially our housekeeper Hamadi shoura who did every day an amazing job ! Very clean hotel with good quality food and friendly staff ! 2 tips for the future : maybe put a sign outside the restaurant to alert people that sea birds are watching so don’t leave your plate unattended. And finally maybe expand or develop a second pool to leave more room for pleasure. ”

The lifeguard was so attentive and proactive, he got her an oxygen tank, called the golf cart and the Dr. on duty. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name. “This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. Unser Zimmer war so, wie wir es gebucht hatten, mit einer schönen Größe und einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Bett war sehr breit und bequem.
