I was denied a refund even though I called to cancel well within the time limits
"I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof ..."

The Perfect Weekend
"We had such a great time, the cabin was beautiful, the sound of the river therapeutic, the location fantastic. The cabin was super clean, the amenities were perfect. The host was very responsive. Terrific weekend, we’ll go back for sure!"
