“We boat on Lake Shelbyville and the property is very close to a ramp. House was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked! Several extra amenities! The garage was an A+ with the extra fridge, grill and utensils. The only thing that I could pick at was the lawn desperately needed to be cut and the firepit was in a weird location on the side of the driveway. Nothing to not want to stay again! I would definitely return!!”

“It’s a great place to be with family to relax, visit, enjoy time together. Beautiful house, very nice, lots of nice touches! Great dock, lake is really nice. Very pretty area, peaceful. A comfortable, enjoyable experience! The Marina has a great place to eat and enjoy a band. The Marina area also has great outdoor pickleball courts, playground, outdoor workout area. Our vacation was so fun!”

“House is beautiful!! Very clean and well stocked. The view from the backyard balcony is amazing!! My Mom and I sat out there for hours every morning drinking our coffee and taking it all in, even in the rain. Erin and Ryan were easy to contact and very accommodating!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“There is a very strong cat urine smell in the homes basement. This isn’t immediately noticeable due to the amount of air fresheners in home, which is overwhelming in itself. My mother that has asthma could not have stayed here, good thing she backed out. Only other issue was see through curtains. Definitely not a super secure feeling for myself and my sister. Would definitely stay again while visiting family, if these two things were addressed. Overall, nice home.”
