「Chuck met us when we checked in. It was obvious that Chuck had put a lot of work in the cabin. The wood work was impressive, the bathrooms were modern and the setting was peaceful. It’s the perfect place for boaters on Winyah Bay, the intercoastal waterway or North and South Santee Inlets. Great porches to relax on after a day on the water.」

「We needed a place for our family to be together but still wanted space to have some privacy, the Salty Oak farm fit the bill perfectly! The massive kitchen and dining / great room was a perfect gathering place. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing snacks to gourmet meals. Spacious house, beautifully decorated --there is a lot of room. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.」

「We loved our stay at the "Love Shack". The property, the animals, the home, everything exceeded expecations. To make it even better, I would suggest adding a dishwasher and an outdoor shower. Also, thumbs down to the town of McLlenville for charging $150 for non-residence to launch a boat. Ridiculous!」
