「The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!」

「My girlfriend and I had never been to MB and this resort made us fall in love with the whole area more than we thought we would. We couldn’t believe how large the room was. It was also spotless and so comfortable! We will definitely be back! 」

「This was a good hotel for a family trip. The hotel wasn’t as bad but there was some things that could use an update. 」

「Likes: I liked the access to the beach. Big bathroom with a soaking tub. Dislikes: You have to park a block over. So if you are a single woman, it's not very safe walking by yourself. Very noisy - the doors slams hard, it echos from people being in the pools. TV reception is very bad. 」

「Stayed at Breakers Resort - Dunes loc (4 fl hotel) on May 2nd - May 5th. Late Birthday Chk-In, past 10pm. Drove up to registration, an older man reminded me to take photo of my plate for parking tag. I was instantly greeted w/smile by “Haley A “ who chk’d me in quickly & presented me w/coupon book including breakfast vouchers. The registration area was very clean and organized. 「Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. 」

「Excellent property that is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It has a beautiful pool and spacious hot tub. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can’t go wrong staying here.」

「Aside from the strict check in set up at the time of our reservation- all was good. Thanks goodness that I called to confirm why I hadn't received my entry info the day before check in though. Supposedly my ID wasn't clear enough for a computer to read, so it wouldn't release our access info until a human corrected the issue. It would have been helpful and less stressful if that was communicated to me 2 months ago when I booked. Otherwise - once that was rectified - all went well. It was...
