Its a nice resort my only complaint was the morning after checkin a guy was right outside our room using a drill in the wall which woke us up at 7am and we had a service dog with us who was spooked by the sound but then outside our balcony door by the pool at 8am was two maintenance guys using leaf blowers and weed eaters so we could not get any sleep due to all the noise i did bring this to the attention of front desk and they did offer us 2 free nights on them which was more then fair to me we did however enjoy our room it was clean for the most part we did notice paint missing from diff spots on the walls and door and we noticed a broken spot on the frame of the mirror in the bathroom but over all it was a nice place they have a big indoor water park for kids with slides and a lazy river and hot tub which we didn't get to use due to all the activities we had planned with our son also at check in they charge you an amenities fee of $100 which is not on the website you won't know about it until you arrive on site i think things like that should be posted on the website or told about it when booking that way folks can plan accordingly

bad managment and rude he or she both elevators stop working and you have to take the stairs with all my luggage and the stairs got to go frome 3 differents case to get the floor level where my room at and they have no body to help us was only me and my 9 years old daughter and I'm person with heart failyer I can't take the stairs so we spend our first day at the loby trying to figure out the situation with out any appologize or any professional hosting they were rude and mean but I'm stock and my resevation non refundable beside the charged me hotel fee but my under standing I paid expedia totle everythings includes that ?

Dunes Village was ok. If you have a big family with children maybe 14 and under this would be a good place for you because of the water parks, the lazy river and the pools outside for the smaller kids. The hotel needs to be renovated all over. We were in room 142 and the bathroom def needs upgrading really bad, the top cover had a few stains on it, they didn’t clean that well bc the tub had hair in it, not chunks but pieces to where you can tell they did a half job cleaning. I was in town for the weekend for a basketball tournament and just wanted my son to be around with his teammates. Overall I didn’t really care for the hotel. I probably won’t stay here again!!

Everything was great and worth what you pay for. It was great that they were able to accommodate our party of 8 for an early check in! The areas that were lacking were - the waterpark as it needs some more maintenance - housekeeping only available once a week But other than that it was a great experience.

The pool was nice and warm, you could smell the chlorine which means they properly treat it. Overall good experience. The one thing I didnt like was that we had to leave one building to go to another in order to eat breakfast, and we had to pay for that. Other than that, a nice place for the family.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom double queen oceanfront suite. It had everything we needed for a weekend beach trip with 3 under 3 and the view was amazing. The hotel was sold out but we never had trouble waiting for elevators even though we were on the 14th floor. Our toddlers had a blast and were able to enjoy the amenities. I saw ZERO roaches and we used the kitchen frequently. We felt the price was very reasonable for what is included. We will definitely be back!
