I would say I stay wasn’t terrible it was definitely a good trip. I think for that much money a night for one day the pictures on the website is not the actual hotel. Everything is so out dated in that hotel. I feel the owners are making enough money to update that hotel. The staff was cleaning and very nice it was clean it’s just oldddd and the ac in the rooms are horrible it’s so much stuff on it that looks bad. The lady in the front with braids was so nice and friendly. My only complaint is the place need to be updated VERY badly if you going to charge that much an day

Property was nice and all I didn’t like they wouldn’t come clean the room or anything. The water park didn’t work which is the reason we went. It only worked the last day we was there so the kids didn’t get to enjoy it like they should’ve. That part really suck because we came so far just for it to be down.

Could have been a lot better. Way overpriced for the service you get. No house keeping unless you ask for it and then they add an extra charge. When we left we had to take our trash out to the trash bin on the floor we were staying on. Last night was bad. The people in the the room next to us were extremely loud. Yelling and cussing at kids and each other and vice versa for almost 3 hours. Will not stay there again!

The hotel was nice and convenient. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to visit the waterpark on the first day that it opened, but it looked like they were still cleaning it and working on it and we weren’t able to go.

The waterpark was closed during our stay which was not advised during our booking process. It needs to be advised when the waterpark will be open. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the lack of hospitality has determined we would not return.

Not sure how I feel about this place,I stayed with family of four and chose it for everything to do in the facility since weather was cold and rainy ….The price during poor weather or winter months is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT…( water park closed for season should have been posted on site at least not that I saw during my booking search)) arcade,golf,and indoor pool was available (cost not a lot but still more money) breakfast buffet (again more money) was smaller then most continental breakfast and in completely different buildings. STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. DO GO TO THE NAIL SALON DURING YOUR VISIT VERY GREAT PRICES AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Very rude front desk employee that was uninviting, on her phone instead of greeting us, made a comment about not finding the correct parking lot, and could not properly explain booking information. Manager was called in (she was very friendly) and was able to provide clarity and actually answer questions with a smile.

The property was very convenient and I like that restaurants were really on the property. Ice cream and pizzeria as well as a Mexican and fine dining. I loved the property however be careful going on the patio. My husband tripped over the rise between the slide door and broke three ribs.
