Check in with 1:30 delayed,the room wasn’t ready, cabinets were ald and in bad condition,we paid x two nights and stayed just one night,instead of a suite the room looked like a motel room,terrible condition

so we were staying in our Hilton grand vacation room and wanted to stay one more night. Thought booking something on Expedia would be an affordable way to extend our vacation. Sadly, we got one of the dumpiest rooms that has not been updated since 1990 maybe and it was missing all of the equipment we expected to find in a one bedroom condo. Honestly, Anderson Club is not Hilton Grand Vacations and that’s the bottom line

Ocean view, really enjoyed staying at the hotel with my family. We had two nice bedrooms big and light each one with balcony, master bedroom and living room had big corner shearing balcony, second bedroom just a little balcony but still nice. There was two bathrooms, open kitchen with nice living room. Only issue was the dishwasher, which was not working properly but it was not a big deal for me.

Love the resort will definitely stay again everything was wonderful. Only complaint is a few of the front desk staff could be a little friendlier and not point their fingers at people and rudely tell them to wait as you approach the counter and then they walk away and leave the building, Kindness goes a long way! Alls needed to be said was “someone will be right with you I just have to step away for a moment.” Point. blank. period.

The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was spacious and private. The only thing that was actually wrong wete small things like the toilet stopper was broken and the toilet was hard to flush, but overall oir stay was great! The customer service was excellent! We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again. A couple things that could be addressed...We heard music coming from the pool area until at least 11:00 pm. We were on the 8th floor. The golf area was in need of some work. The parking issue is not something that can be fixed, but it was a little inconvenient. I have back issues and it was raining. That made it difficult to get back and forth to the parking garage. Next time we will use the Valet parking. Not sure how long it takes for someone to go get our car for us when we decide to go somewhere though.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Anderson beach club and spa. The location was perfect, quiet, beautiful and inviting. I've stayed at this location before and I will continue to do so in the future ( if I can get a rate) going through Expedia was a plus. One of the areas that needed improvement was that housekeeping never came to clean the condo and ww continue to request toiletries and towels.

Although this was not our first stay at Anderson Ocean Spa, this was one of the unhappy moments in our stay there. Our room smelled dirty upon entering as if someone was smoking. I called to report my issue they never made it right for us. On the day of our anniversary, We requested an extra hour for check out but I got hung up on when I ask for why they wouldn’t give it to me.

This was our second stay at this property. The first stay was pleasant and we returned. Our room at walk in was scented with mold and mildew. We were immediately placed to a second room which contained used towel and wash cloth. Both rooms contained rusted flooring and non upgraded paint and rugs were old and in need up upgrading. The water had to be adjusted for pressure. We were told that the Hilton side of the resort contained nice upgraded rooms but not the Anderson side. I probably would not be returning to this property because of the above conditions and concerns. The staff were absolutely professional and courteous!

This property has half the rooms privately owned and half the rooms run by Hilton. We were not told this at any point until we checked out. Our room was really junky. But also the pool area was not nice. The hotel lobby, Coffee shop, everything was really low class. I could go on and on just don’t stay here.

The location was great, easy access to the beach. The staff communicated well through text messaging. The room was nice but we found empty cans and an old pizza slice under the bed. The front desk had us naked out of our room before we said we were out so had multiple cleaning staff members walk in while we were still there.

Pros: Great location Good pools Easy check in Super easy walk to beach since the hotel is right on the beach Great for kids Pool bar Rooms are nice Cons: Walls are very thin, heard people in hallway every morning and felt the thumps of people closing doors and doing things next door, housekeeping people are very noisy in the morning (not a deal breaker) Parking is tight in the parking garage that's located across the street. They do offer valet (if you like). They don't offer late checkout (if you need it) Again, not deal breakers, we had a wonderful time.
