“The beach was beautiful! All of the pools were great temperatures and clean! We have stayed here many times, and plan to return! Love the amenities! Convenient pool towels on racks by the pools. Also, your wrist band for the pools doubles as your room key! Nice!”

“Everything was okay. We had a puppy with us which made it challenging because we were put on the 18th floor and at busy times people moving in and out the elevator would stop numerous times going down and most of the time no one could get on because it was full. The dog park next door was nice but it would be better if lazy people would clean up after there dog. Elevator doors were wet most of the time because no one can read the signs to dry off when leaving the pool areas. If you get up early……

“Resort was very clean, the room was nice, and the staff was friendly! We had an ocean view balcony which was our favorite spot to relax at. The kids were a bit unruly at the pool so we mainly stayed at the beach, which the resort has easy and quick access to with rentable (but pricey) beach chairs from the city. Location was perfect from the ocean and everything you need is within a 20 minute drive. There’s also a Main Street with great pizza and ice cream shops only a 10 minute walk away which……

“the room was decently clean but i felt like i had to go and wipe things off myself. also the tub was clogged when we got there as well as the safe did not work so we had to call about those. maid service never came to change our sheets or anything other than to take trash and give us new towels and take old ones. maid service was backed up i suppose because on two different occasions i called to ask for more pillows and blankets and they never brought them. had to go to the front desk to get……
