“Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a……

“Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was simi clean and the floors were sticky. Front desk woman that checked us in was helpful yet condescending when speaking with me. The beach view was wonderful and as expected. Air conditioning worked perfect. The hotel amenities? While most people would be fine with the distance of the restaurant and or coffee, it was hard for those of us with mobility issues.”

“Normal clean room seen NO bugs. except my inner curtain in my room was nasty dirty and Had holes in it. Didnt seem they took care of the pool as far cleaning each day breakfast didnt have to many options . Close to beach short drive and Broadway on the Beach .staff was very nice . Except for those little things for the convenience I would stay again.”

“54 minute late check in with NO ACCOMMODATIONS & Fire Alarms going off 3 different times in the middle of the night while all the guest wait outside in the rain for the “false alarms” they couldn’t get control of. Huge Water Bugs in the 1st floor room. Worst place I stayed on any vacation so far, wouldn’t recommend for free. Nice pools tho I guess.”

“We loved the property - stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was so spacious. We loved the coffee in the morning and the location. Free parking was a plus!”

“Good spacious rooms. I did find a small German cockroach in the kitchen. The dishwasher had a smell to it. But other than that the stay was pleasant. I hope no roaches came home with me.”
