"Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given had a strong musty smell that was enough for me to ask to be moved. The second room was better but still when the AC is running, it gives the room a damp smell. There was mildew in my shower and the bathroom floor had not been fully swept/mopped. There was no toilet roll dispenser and the temporary one that was put in was too close to the wall so it didn't hold a roll anyway lol. I only leave these things for the purpose of making it better, not to say it's terrible or to complain! I want to see this property do well because the staff were so great and it met my need for my week:) Thank you :)"

"Enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. When I arrived to my room I noticed it felt pretty warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set on cool but blowing out hot air. I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again."

"Booked room and it was a king suite. The room had rust in the bathroom area. The shower, whirlpool tub, and refrigerator were leaking. Cold water faucet wouldn't turn on, toilet was not secured to floor, hole in wall where someone sealed with paper. Lamps leaning and room very outdated. This was a one-night stay. We arrived and until we departed and then return near bedtime. SMH! "
