We really like the cleanliness of the room and the restaurant and the view of the Marina. There’s also a cornhole game that we enjoyed playing in the back of the hotel.

The property is very nice. The lobby is great and staff are very nice. The rooms look like they are being maintained, but not updated. Furniture is old and dated with wear marks ans peeling. The people that clean the rooms are difficult to deal with. I asked multiple times and days to change out sheets and I dont think the lady understood english that well. This is a nice property, but the rooms are showing there age

The amenities were good. Hot tub was hot about half of the jets work. The pool was very cold, obviously not heated. The rooms were large and the bedrooms were well appointed. The room is in desperate need of upgrades. The decor is very 1990’s. The kitchen was stocked for serving food but cooking was not able to happen. The staff was amazing.

Warmly greeted by Sam, (Sam I Am) our bags and valet were carefully handled, and we were greeted again by Scott, who completed check in for our reservation and told me all about the property. All bartenders, customer care were amazing, Jen , Chris, Michael, and so many more knew us by name and took care of anything we asked for. The Pool and hot tub are amazing, dining , lovely Marina and waterway, golf course views , private beach access…Cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was.

The hotel itself was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was also hassle-free. However, what really surprised me was the cleanliness of the room. The chairs and carpets were extremely dirty, worn out, and full of stains. The room was also dusty—when I shook the sheets, a cloud of dust came up. In the bathroom, even though the door closed, water still leaked outside, and the shower pressure was terrible. Housekeeping came right on time every day, but even after the sheets were changed, I still found long hairs on them, which was very disappointing. Although I had booked a water view room, it was not directly facing the water. I had to step out onto the balcony to actually see the view. From inside the room, especially from the bed, all I could see were the windows of other rooms. The temperature of refrigerator wasn't perfect!

This was a beautiful property! We would definitely choose to stay here again. The pool and restaurant were so nice and the hotel was clean and well taken care of. My kids loved it as well. My only complaint would be that if you don’t use the valet parking, the walk from the parking lot to the building with luggage is a lot. It would have been nice to have more convenient parking. Other than that we had a great stay!

I appreciated the on site amenities, the cleanliness of the hotel and the super friendly, helpful and professional staff members. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment were nearby enough. I did not like that my stay was from Sunday and I extended through the following Sunday and housekeeping only cleaned my room on the Monday, not even to refresh owels, take out trash or give clean glasses. Since I spent the majority of my stay outside of my room I believe that should not have been the case. I was disappointed the the indoor hot tub wasn't warm And the sauna was broken. But overall the pros outweighed the cons. And I'm looking forward to booking with them again as opposed to another facility. I should have asked if they have a loyalty program.

Sheets and duvet were blood stained upon arrival, staff came and changed the bed. I sent staff a message and they responded that they weee sorry it happened 3 days later. Just felt a quicker response was needed. Other than that great location, friendly staff and accommodations were comfortable for a 2 bed family of four.
