“We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to……

“Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.”

“The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet enough for restful sleep. We did not use the gym or partake in the breakfast but the coffee/drink station in the lobby was well stocked and clean. Definitely will stay again. ”
