「Beautiful resort with 3 clean pools. Hot tubs could’ve been warmer since weather was cool. Large clean room. Unfortunately we were there while the beaches were getting repaired for erosion. Not only could we not use the beach for 2 days, but could hear the beeping bulldozers 24/7. Very good food at all the restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing. 」

「Property location is ideal for a perfect beach vacation. Service was extremely slow. Seems as though there wasn’t enough staff to accommodate all the guests on a busy week. Our room had amazing oceanfront views, however, when booking it said it slept 4 people and it did not. There was only one king bed and no sofa bed avail. Had to order a Rollabed for my two kids that the hotel said would be $25 a night. They said it wasn’t their fault due to booking through a third party website. Kind of...

「The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve.
After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week.
Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass.
Would not recommend anything from...
