"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The evening staff is incredible. However the hotel was under renovation so our room was just a little hot. We are not complaining, however. Morning ladies are a little rude. But the lady and her trainee that she was training that evening made up for them completely. That duo was incredible Our whole stay."

"Hotel was clean and the staff very nice. Lots of amenities including basket ball court, BBQs, games, etc. Just a personal opinion, we didnt care too much to the white, cold decor. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly. I had a medical issue and had to arrive late and they were accommodating. I felt safe in the evening as they lock the front and you can only scan in or be allowed in. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful"

"Room was cleaned but could use some work. A solid screw driver would fix a ton of problems. "Queen room" was a full size mattress on a queen box spring. Had repair construction in adjacent rooms. Hand-held shower head barely stayed in the holder. Bathroom only had 1 hook for towels but the hardware was on the wall where im assuming other hooks were prior to my visit. Bar food, drinks, and service was a 10/10. "

"Stayed here 1 night for a concert. I arrived to charlotte much earlier than expected and the staff was able to get me into a room early so I could rest after long travel. I was so grateful. The room was clean and a decent size for just myself. Room service was 10/10. I had a steak omelet and cheese grits. Valet was good as well only want to mention that I was only able to request my vehicle from my phone once. After that I had to go downstairs and request it in person which was a very minor inconvenience because it was cold during my stay. Not sure what was going on with that but it’s not a deal breaker. This hotel is on the pricier side. It’s in a nice area. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"This hotel is NOT suitable for visitors needing just a night or two stay as there are no amenities what so ever. No tea/coffee maker in the room unless you buy it from reception, no glasses (one plastic "glass" only), no crockery, cutlery or pans for the kitchen area. Not even any coffee in the reception area so anything you may need you need to bring in with you. Seems to be occupied by "long stay guests"."
