“bad managment and rude he or she both elevators stop working and you have to take the stairs with all my luggage and the stairs got to go frome 3 differents case to get the floor level where my room at and they have no body to help us was only me and my 9 years old daughter and I'm person with heart failyer I can't take the stairs so we spend our first day at the loby trying to figure out the situation with out any appologize or any professional hosting they were rude and mean but I'm stock and……
