"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. "This ryokan is good value for money. Having stayed in several ryokans, this ryokan is average. Service was good and facilities were decent with an interesting Pearl Onsen. However, the kaiseki dinner was a bit disappointing. Paid extra for the Matsusaka beef menu but the dinner was average and not worth the money paid. If you want to stay here, I would recommend to just take the basic dinner package. "

"This is my 10th times visiting Nagoya, I would say the Hotel is one of the best deal I have ever been, not only NGO but maybe the Whole japan (as I am a frequent traveller that visiting different Japan cities per month.) Not a very modern type but great rooms, good facilities, decent location ( like 5-10 mins walk to stations ) but close to 2 most famous Chicken wing restaurants, Kura Sushi, MCD etc, restaurants. Price of a budget/biz hotel, but comfortable bed and big room like a Marriot."
