“小木屋好乾淨，全屋充滿木香，屋外是一大片綠草和樹林，感覺寧靜又舒服。因天氣不好，沒有行去浴場沖涼。離輕井澤jr 站有點遠，但要住寧靜小屋，行李唔多，都樂意行下嘅。😄”

“poorly maintain. probably the worst I have seen in Japan. Dirty. Old. There are better options for the same price. Pros : fully equiped kitchen. ”

“Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. ”

“掃除が行き届いていて、清潔でした。 バーベキューセットをお願いしましたが しっかりした仕切りある紙皿やテーブル、ライトどれもバーベキューしやすく ゴミも全部捨ててくれて至れり尽くせりで、すごくよかったです。 冷蔵庫も大きくて使いやすく 不満無しです。 暖炉使ってみたかったけど、11月なのに夏日なので使いませんでした。それだけ残念でした。 ”

“20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。 部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！ 広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。 床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。 キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。 ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。 もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です”

“I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :)”

“15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.”
