“The location is good for take walk/Monorail/bus. The housekeeping is good, will make it without reminder. ”

“Breakfast was good. Room was OK but seemed to be quite old, especially bathroom. E.g. curtain needed to be renewed. One thing needed to be remarked is this hotel had NO carpark. You need to use the carpark of the plaza next to the hotel, that charged 1500yen per day. (Everytime go in and out the carpark, you take a ticket from the carpark and show it to the hotel staff. Carpark fee would be collected by hotel staff during check out. No receipt.)”

“It’s a traditional style hotel. Not very new but it’s what it needs to have. Big and comfortable. Waking distance to Kokusaiki Tori Feel the contrast between the busy and calm during the walk. Love that feeling ”

“Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in. Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action. Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included,……
