“Comfortable and in a spectacular location but not a 5 star resort and not presented as one. Nicely furnished with good linens. Essentially a walkout basement onto a large covered deck area. Expensive…..you are paying for the location.”

“The property was amazing, the house was well laid out , there was plenty of room for 10 adults, enough glassware, dishes, cutlery etc for everyone. The rooms were very well laid out , the rooms were private with great common rooms .Darcy and Tamara did a great job on getting us started and even let us in early so we could set up the house , they were very accommodating . The pool was a big hit , we went on wine tours, had dinners at the house it was close to all things we had on our bucket list……

“Accommodations were great. Beautiful scenery, clean and lots of room. I did send a couple of messages to get a couple clarifications, however did not get a response. For example the garbage was left in the garage and it smelt really bad. The garbage was full and we had not place to put our garbage. We could not park in the garage. All and all it was fantastic and would stay there again.”

“Stay was good but would have liked to have been able to use the hot tub. Both the tub and pool were empty and under maintenance. We had a hard time figuring out the door lock and how to get it to lock after closing. It didn’t lock after 30 seconds as indicated. We found tapping the combination face after closing made it lock quicker. The outside deck lite needs a new bulb and one member of our group thought it could have been cleaner. All in all we were satisfied with our experience.”

“We were very pleased with our accommodations for 5 nights. We were attending a dog show with our dog and the property was perfect - close to venue, clean, had all the things you would likely forget at home and very nice hosts and their lovely two dogs :) The back yard was totally fenced for our dog to wander freely. I would stay again.”

“Overall, the place was wonderful and was in a great location! Walkability to shops was great at 10-20 minutes and the lake was essentially right across the street. The condo was mostly clean, however, there were quite a few cobwebs upon arrival but there were cleaning supplies available. Everything else was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and it was easy to get into the condo. I would most definitely stay here again, it was the perfect location for various reasons!!”

“We stayed for 5 nights. The location is stunning and the views, access to quite walks etc and yet only a 9min drive to Penticton city centre. George is very helpful and attentive to needs and made sure we were well informed about our stay. Just for those that may be querying the following. VRBO claim that all properties listed are fully rented out to you and this is not the case with this property as the owner and family do live above you and you do not have access to the entire house but only……

“My friend and I stayed here for two nights. The host was very quick with answering any questions I had. The only issue I had with the property was that the hot tub was out of order for what looked to be maintenance. When running it will be an amazing place to stay. Only big issue I had was with VRBO making it nearly impossible to get any information from. But the host was great”

Everything was clean, there were towels, chocolates, masks, and bath bombs laid on each bed, which I’ve never seen at anywhere else. The hospitality and attention to detail is one of a kind!!”

“Naramata Inn is a charming place to stay. Very old work feel with superb dining and beautiful surroundings. Great as a base for wine tastings in the Naramata Bench or just a romantic weekend. Best steelhead I have ever had and perfectly cooked. Bravo!”
