“The property is a historic antique. We checked in expecting this but some further restoration is needed. (suite had squeaky floors) It was a unique experience. Management (Shneet) was accommodating and allowed a late change to our itinerary. Overall it was pleasant and unusual experience.”

“区域乱，房间设施老化，有虫子在房间缝隙地板爬动，前台个别服务人员态度高傲冷漠，绝不会再住了！也不推荐！”

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

“Property was great, we had a bit of challenge with the restavio app to check in and get our check instructions. We got hold of customer service and property manager who assisted us gettint in. ”

“I got a message on my way there (within 24 hours) telling me the AC unit was out and I can’t stay there. It was literally May, and I probably wouldn’t even turn the AC on. Horrible host.”

“Great stay at this location. We felt safe coming and going. Easy to get to other parts of downtown - close to several bus stops and train with direct routes to popular destinations. Pull out bed was great for travelling with children. We slept with a window open for fresh air and some nights were louder than others outside , but we came with ear plugs anticipating street noise. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The space was small, but it was sufficient for a home base and had all the kitchen……

“Host was very friendly and communicative. Room was veryclean and neat with a friendly welcome message waiting for me. Main house and yard are a little cluttered and lived in. Neighborhood is quiet and safe - dense residential with not many commercial amenities nearby, so not a good location for walking to/from. ”

“The apartment was spotlessly clean. Easy walk or bus transport to everywhere we needed to go. Walking distance to restaurants. There’s a supermarket just a few blocks away. I had a view of sunset beach from the dining table when eating breakfast, so that was nice. We received very detailed check in instructions from the host, so check in was a breeze. When we were in the apartment, we couldn’t figure out how to lock the door from the inside. I contacted the host about this but he didn’t answer……

“We stayed here a couple of nights prior to getting on a cruise. It is within walking distance of a couple of train stops as well as the port. There are plenty of dining options around the area as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The views of the surrounding areas is fantastic. You can even see a few mountain tops peaking out above the downtown buildings. It is a studio loft, so there isn't a ton of space. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 3 people. The……

“Friendly host with a suite that was exactly as described online. We spotted a few ants in the living room / kitchen and there was a lot of dust along surface edges, but neither were to the extent that they made things uncomfortable.”

“Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. ”

“The property is located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the hosts (Tatiana & Michael) are absolutely delightful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, the mattress and bed pillows were comfortable and supportive, and having a microwave in the room was a terrific extra touch. There's a mini-mall within a few blocks of the house (the Save A Lot supermarket and Blender's coffee shop were especially appreciated), a pharmacy, Church's Chicken restaurant and assorted other……
