HOUSE ON THE BEACH!! JUST TOTALLY REFURBISHED AND PAINTED INSIDE AND OUT!

NEWLY FINISHED TOTAL REDO OF ALL THE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. HUGE RENOVATION PROJECT AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. YOU WILL BE SO PLEASED. WE LOVE IT!!! Our house is located on the Peninsula of Newport Beach. We are approximately halfway between the Newport and Balboa Piers. Right outside our home is the beach, you can cross the boardwalk (sidewalk) and then just walk straight out to the water.We are situated in an ideal spot because we we live in a more quiet area of the Peninsula. We are within walking distance of both piers and just an easy walk to downtown for dinner, games at the Fun Zone, specialty shops and the ferry to go over to Balboa Island. No need to drive anywhere.

Balboa Island is a fabulous place to visit. Once off the ferry (with a car , bicycle or by foot) it's just a short way to the main street of this enchanting island. Loaded with lots of shops and numerous wonderful places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. No visit to the Newport area is complete without a day or two over at Balboa Island.

Our house itself is very unique. We have an upside/down configuration in that our kitchen and dining area is on the second floor so that you can appreciate the spectacular views of the ocean 'from above' while enjoying a long breakfast or BBQ dinner or just even 'cooking' . Speaking of cooking, there is a big gas BBQ on the front porch where it's so delightful to have dinner on the 'barbie' and everyone enjoying cocktails while watching the world go by. The sunsets are spectacular night after night. Each one, better than the last. Outside the upstairs den is a deck with equally great ocean views where you can hide away and read the paper, have a second cup of coffee or just take in the beauty of Newport. The beautiful Pacific Ocean is your front yard . What more could you ask from a vacation to Newport Beach,CA.?????????????????????????????????????????????????
