Comfortable beds, clean spacious master bath with a very nice extra bathroom for the kids. So much to do within the house and front patio. The shed has lots of things to bring down to the beach. “Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small……
