- There are 5 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
1. Bedroom 1: Triple bunk bed with 2 twin size beds and 1 full size beds.
2. Bedroom 2: King size bed with working table and big TV included.
3. Bedroom 3: Luxurious master bedroom with king size bed that is attached full fancy and modern bathroom. It has make up/ working table.
4. Bedroom 4: Fancy Master bedroom with king size bed that is attached full fancy and modern bathroom. It has make up/working table.
***Two luxurious master bedrooms, each offering unparalleled comfort and privacy for a truly indulgent stay.

5. Bedroom 5: Cozy bedroom featuring two king beds, ideal for families or larger groups with comfortable sofa and playing table. It is separated from the front house. Playroom equipped with a play table and two additional beds for added convenience and entertainment.
6. Sofa bed is in Living room is with comfortable sofa for 1 people.

-Private Pool/spa saltwater finish with pebble tec plaster - heating pool/spa . Especially pool with slide, it makes kids love to enjoy it all day.
-Living room has TV, free cable TV - wireless internet.

- Kitchen : with full cookwares for cooking. Modern furnishings like refrigerator, wine fridge, and coffee maker…It’s like Guests home. Everything is here.
- Dining table : for 8 people and 3 chairs to seat on the counter of kitchen.
- Specially, there are beautiful and large front yard and back yard with patio for you guys enjoy BBQ with swimming pool and hottub before 9:30pm. Pool with slide, it make the kids enjoy it so much.
- Each room has 1 smart TV 65in with wifi connected.

- BATHROOMS:
1. Bathroom 1: Bed 1, 2 and 5 can share together with double sink.
2. Bathroom 1, 2 and 3: with fancy, modern and easy to use like Toto toilets and nice style for each room.
Guests can feel you are staying in luxurious hotel but have everything.

House Rules:
1. No parties: Parties/events are not allowed in this vacation house. Music is not allowed outside the house. If you want to play music, please do so inside. Use only your phone or TV; no speakers or devices for loud music to avoid bothering the neighbors. Maximum occupancy is 15 people, including visitors. Host or neighbors can call the police to ask Guests leave if Guests break the rules without refund.

2. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house but allowed outside. Smoking indoors will result in a $500 charge.

3. No pets: Pets are not allowed due to potential messes and allergies for future guests. It will be extra charge $500 if it happens.

4. Parking: Maximum 4 cars allowed . But Driveway accommodates 6 cars; 2 extra cars for visitors who are not stay in the house can park on driveway.

5. Quiet hours: From 9:30 pm to 9 am, please keep noise levels down to avoid complaints.

6. No illegal activities: Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Bring your own beach towels as supplies are limited.

8. Keep the house clean: Please maintain cleanliness, especially for longer stays without daily house service.

9. Security deposit: Up to $5000 may be charged for damages or stolen items.

10. Cameras: Cameras are installed for security at the front, driveway, and backyard.


11. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in: After 4 pm
- Check-out: Before 11 am

12. Questions: Feel free to text or call from 8 am to 10 pm with any concerns.

13. Laundry/towels paper/toilet paper: Washer and dryer are provided; replenish detergent if needed.

14. Pool/Hot tub: Please refrain from using it after 9:30 pm. Children should be accompanied by adults in the backyard or while using the pool and slide. Guests should use the pool/hot tub responsibly. The pool has a depth of approximately 4.5 feet. A maximum of 4-5 people can use the spa at a time for up to 8 hours to ensure proper filtration.

- To activate the jacuzzi, waterfalls, slide, and lights, please text me, and I can assist you over the phone.
- For the hot tub/jacuzzi, guests receive 2 free hours daily plus an additional 1 hour pre-heated. After that, a fee of $50 per day applies. We do not offer the option to carry over unused time to the following day.
- If guests wish to heat the pool, there is a $150/day charge, with a minimum of 3 days. Heating both the hot tub and pool costs $180/day for a minimum of 3 days. If guests choose not to heat the pool, there is no charge. Please inform the host one day in advance if you wish to activate the heating, as it takes a day to warm the water.

The spa/hot tub automatically shuts off at 9:30 pm. Please do not attempt to adjust or touch any part of the system at the back of the spa/hot tub.

15. Alarm: Alarm for swimming pool is attached on the doors of backyard. Please use it when you have kids.

16. Electric plugs: Do not tamper with plugs, crucial for pool, internet, and cameras.

17. Access: Homeowner may access the property for repairs or inspections with prior notice.

18. Responsibilities: We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents. By booking, Guests agree to abide by our rules. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
