The house is scenic but not a direct beach/ocean view as the pictures would lead you to believe because there are apartments in the way across from a park directly in front of the residence. The furnishings and overall quality of the residence are great, with a few oddities - the master bed shower/tub is interesting, you would need to be < 5' in height to actually shower in it. Echo other reviewer(s): *absolutely* needs place to hang used towel, and *absolutely* needs two fold-up suitcase stands; these are deal-breakers for enjoying the unit. Really could use small or medium "cereal bowls." Iron was an unexpected plus and needed! Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very, very good location for beach walks and shops. Another table lamp would be wonderful.”
