“After being stranded at 2 in the morning by American Airlines, I was forced to make my own arrangements for a place to sleep. I mistakenly reserved rooms for later that night instead of at that moment. The front desk agent was able to fix the problem so that I didn’t have to choose between paying double or sleeping on an airport floor. Thank you so much!”

“Overall it was good. We checked in after a flight from Aruba. The shuttle picked us up pretty quickly. We needed an early shuttle back to the airport the next morning and the young girl at the front desk informed us that we would have to take the 7:30 shuttle due to the ones before that one were full. Ok fine we were definitely worried we wouldn’t make our flight if we left at 7:30. So we got up the next morning and went down an hour early to check the shuttles and were informed by the man……

“Front desk lady is super nice! room is fine, better than expected. But it isn't really close to much, by a busy road. Doesn't feel safe or unsafe if that makes sense...no amenities. ”

“Ther service is good. We arrived very early around 8am and the staffs managed to let us do early check in after doing a quick cleaning when a few persons just check out. I really appreciate that. The hotel is under major renovation right now and I happened to be to stay in the new room. Gas station and grocery store are next door. And there're a Mexican restaurant and Chinese one 200 feet away. ”

“We got a shock that our reservation was gone while we arrived at airport in the midnight! After checking around it was back but the reserved queens beds room was not available for the first night and we kept on asking for the following two nights instead of being informed. We took wrong shuttle because no info was given and this caused a very late check in. Anyway our stay was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, the indoor pool was unexpected warm which is exllent……
