“My family and I recently stayed at the Palmetto we have no complaints. The property is a bit dated however; the hotel location and direct private beach access was great. I would ask if you could kindly provide more accessible towels at the pool area that would be awesome. I would definitely be back next summer same property. ”

“We could see a bit of the beach and water with our gulf view room. We asked for assistance with our luggage and no one in the hotel would help us. We had our baby with us and it was disappointing to see the lack of concern. Also, we had no idea parking was mandatory valet and a daily fee. The breakfast was really good and we loved the fresh omelettes. ”

“It's usually the cheapest for a reason and if you are OK with that remember it wont be perfect or even above average. If the beach and view is the reason you came to PCB. You wont be disappointed because its the same beach and view you will get at any condo or hotel, beachside.”

“This property offers so much for a getaway. Kitchen, with all the utensils you need, a balcony with amazing beach views, comfortable beds and youre near anything and everything for eats, grocery shopping and plenty of places to shop for souvenirs and whatever else you desire. Will definitely be back!”

“Everything was Great, breakfast are amazing! Beds comfortable. We had a suite and it was huge like we wanted! Only complaint need more carts to haul things to and from room. The front desk said only had 4 and people would hide them in their rooms. ”

“This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot……

“Really loved this location. This was my first time choosing a smaller hotel and it was sooo nice. The room was clean, loved the mini kitchen, loved the big balcony, friendly staff, loved the kids pool and big pool and how it was gated in and clean, and never over crowded. The bar and sitting area outside was cute. My only dislikes were that you had to pay for ice (no ice machine) and the balcony didn’t have a sliding door that you could keep open in the hotel room. Besides that, everything was……
