“酒店门前的确在修路，从市区10公里过来的路要开半小时。估计还要修个把月。酒店不大，一共能接待10几个住客，但是该有的都有了。餐饮不是其他大酒店的自助，反倒可以支持随点随做，甚至早餐。使得更有一种家的感觉。泳池的确没有加热，比较冷。我很喜欢花园草坪。可以在黄昏时爬上后面的茶山看日落。风景如画。几个小问题，酒店没有外币兑换，不能安排什么DAY TOUR，晚餐价格比起当地水平贵了一些。是值得推荐的酒店。”

“The physical infrastructure of this hotel is in okay shape (but not great shape). Where the hotel really disappoints is in service. The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. Our check-in process was confusing, where they found my name and booking in their system, and then 5 minutes later asked me if I was sure that I booked at Araliya Green Hills. “Very dated property in need of some tlc. Windows single glazed and very draughty . On arrival nice greeting shown to room which was very cold and musty smelling constant dog barking out the back after one hour we asked to change rooms this was no problem. Room was similar but a little warmer We made the best of it as only here one night. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the room was large and clean but it was absolutely freezing, with no proper service for dinner, and the locations is down a beaten track that not even the most adventurous backpackers would want to venture on in the dark”
