Our family really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful… from the front desk to the restaurant to the gift shop. Everyone was so nice. The kids loved the pool. The poolside cafe was yummy. It was a short walk to the parks and we had the boat as an option too. The unlimited universal pass was amazing, which made the stay even more worth it. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Room size is good, beds comfortable. Did have an issue with a few large outdoor roaches in the room but other than that very clean. The walking path to universal studios is Beautiful an shaded. Enjoyed the free boat transportation to universal city walk. Location is very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Property itself was excellent great outdoor landscaping can walk 8 min to the theme parks or city walk or take the water taxi. The pool area looks great but we didn’t have chance to use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean however our bathroom was a bit dated compared to the main room/powder room. Unlimited express passes that includes arrival day and departure was a great perk for our party of 3! Would book again if attending those parks again in the future.
