「The room smelled of cigarette smoke although the room was supposedly a non-smoking room and the front desk claimed the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. The solution was to open the door to the balcony. The air-conditioning was not on, presumably because it was noisy. There was no room service menu in the room and when i went down and asked the front desk for one just before 9.30pm, they omitted to say that orders were not possible since the restaurant wasn't taking orders any longer. 「The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.」

「Convenient to different Tube station such as Bayswater or Queensway. Only few minutes' walk to supermarkets. However, prefer to remind hotel staff to book lower floor for you if you have a heavy luggage because lift is not accessible to top floor.」

Not only did they find me a room on the last day I needed but they upgraded it as well. It’s close to the trains and a great location. This is a place I will stay again. 」

「Nice and clean hotel. Shower and air conditioning are good. The location is good. We can go to the LHR airport easily and this is the reason I choose it. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There is no complaint and I sure will come back next time.」
