“I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. “飯店海景很漂亮，不過晚上蚊子很多，早上餐廳蒼蠅也很多。比較困擾的是：浴室水很小，而且忽冷忽熱的，還有房間礦泉水只給兩罐，根本不夠喝，需要水的話，飯店一瓶賣40元。另外，wifi從我們住的第一天晚上就無法連線，隔天早上到櫃檯詢問說會給登錄名稱和密碼也沒給，一直到下午，再到櫃檯詢問，才給了一組密碼。”

“good service, very friendly staff. most of them spoken good english and always smiling. the only thing i disliked the resort was the beach. its one of worst beach i've ever seen. “I stayed in the standard room which was very similar to what is shown in the pictures on the site. I went on the day of the full moon party and all other hotels are either fully booked or unreasonably expensive and da kanda was still available at an affordable price. I was by skeptical and worried prior to arrival that the room is gonna be a nightmare but it turned out pretty ok! “during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff……
