“We had the most relaxing trip at Bells Marina & Resort. Our room was clean, and we loved that the decor wasn’t typical generic hotel prints. Beware of the beds! They are so comfortable they practically suck you in. Everything was convenient to our room. The lake was right outside our door, which couldn’t have pleased us more. “The room was exactly as pictured with better decor than the expensive Guy Harvey Resort where we stayed the previous night. Jud, the host, was friendly. We arrived on Easter Sunday when everything was closed for dinner. Jud invited us to have hamburgers that he was grilling for his staff which was very nice of him. We spend a day sitting lakeside, me reading, and my husband painting. That day by the lake was just what we needed. Thanks, Jud, for your hospitality.”

“The location offers easy access to multiple boat ramps on Lake Marion. There are restaurants and gas stations close as well. The house was very clean and well kept. Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. "The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder."
