“The staff all around were awesome and accommodating…. At this time of year it was the Mud Season for the Breckenridge Resort Complex and was in partial dormancy…. Still beautiful scenes and snow fun. I have mobility challenges and am a user of an electric wheelchair…. I would love to see more proper wheelchair access and more buttons to open doors as needed. Please research and decide on options to make the facilities and staff more compliant and understanding… Thank you greatly. Jeffrey……

“The property was undergoing renovations, so access to the hotel room with luggage was difficult and parking was in another building, but it was indoors and free. Communications around the pool maintenance was non existent and the man in charge was an idiot.”

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”

“We loved the location and style of condo We were surprised that we didn't have air-conditioning. Since it was a loft condo, the upstairs never cooled off. The box fan did help. Also, we had to call the front desk to get into the garage because the code wouldn't work, they never told us to use the room key to open the garage, although the code worked on the elevator and exiting the garage. Also, they had extra twin bed that was a water bed, which to us is not comfortable. We will not stay……

“Hotel and actually room was pretty nice and clean. However, check-in was a NIGHTMARE! I was never given any info that stated that the check-in area was in a Completely difference location then the actual hotel room. I understand this can happen with some resorts but, I was Never given any info to show that. I received emails and multiple documents about the policies of the resort but, they specified the check-in area. We ended up having to race through traffic to check in, in time and, we almost……
