“Absolut genial und tip top sauber. Lage auch sehr gut. Diamond Beach zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, daß in einem Schlafzimmer oben die Terassentür nicht versperrbar ist.”

“飯店大門口不明顯，房間毛巾只一條，衛浴只有小肥皂，沒垃圾桶不方便，總之都不及格”

“一人旅でしたが、メインストリートや海も近くとても便利でした。 ホテルもとても綺麗で広くて快適、プールも目の前でゆっくり過ごせました。 レストランやマッサージもとても安価で有難いです。 とても静かで自然に囲まれていて、毎晩部屋前のリラックススペースで、夜空を観ながらディナーしてました。 是非また行きたいです。 ”

“This is a wonderful holiday home with the luxury of a good sized pool (maybe around 3.5m x 7m). A 7-seater vehicle with driver was provided to us free of charge during our stay 8 hours per day, except the check-in and check-out day, which was most convenient. In-villa massage was superb at great value (US$ 17 per hour) and was available even late in the evening (10pm and after) so we could still use the service after the kids went to bed. All-in-all a perfect holiday. There are only a couple……

“Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. ”

“房間乾淨度：房間很髒，有很多小動物：老鼠，青蛙，壁虎。要求換了兩次房才勉強住下。綿被有黃漬，血漬。住四晚都沒有換。飯店距離離市區實在太遠（1小時距離），附近很偏僻。根本不可能靠走的出去。後來老闆覺得不好意思才免費提供飯店車帶我們去Kuta市區。”

“Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Villa wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz und ein Ambiente zum wohlfühlen. Die Treppen sind bei der Hitze eine Challenge aber es wird ein Free-Shuttle zum Ohanas angeboten. Ein paar Treppen weiter rauf ist ein tolles Restaurant/ Café mit hervorragendem Frühstück. ”

“The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with booking tours and arranging things for us. The breakfast staff were awesome too, and the breakfasts were very good too, and their coffees were amazing. The Spa was truly exceptional, and our whole group agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had, the staff were absolutely amazing and were exceptionally skilled in both Bali and Aromatherapy massage, hence we would encourage all visitors to enjoy a massage at the Spa. ”

“往地离海边大概20分钟步行，房间超级巨大（大概是七十平米左右吧）设备齐全泳池可以因为只有四幢共16个单元本人定三天，因故第一天没入住，请求延续住满三天被拒，淡季只两三个单元有人，”

“1.it is a little diffcult to find the villa, but not a big problem. the path to the Villa is near the horizon hotel. 2. all the staffs are friendly and helpful and their English is OK. although something in the Villa looks old, the environment(rooms) is cleaned and just 100% the same as the profile picture. 3.food is good with low price. 4.in my room, the showerheads is work butnot very good.”

“I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

“The villa is the worst! First, there is a private swimming pool in our villa, we wanted to swim in the evening, but we can’t do that since lots of insects in the swimming pool, and also in the house! How horrible ! Second, when we wanted to take a bath and shower, we find that there is no hot water! We try to call the helper. And the helper said ‘ yes, there is no hot water, maybe you take a shower tomorrow.’ I can’t believe that I have heard! Althougt we can take a shower in another……

“The hotel is very nice and has an amazing view, the only inconvenience I would point out is that to arrive there is a little bit complicated because of the road conditions, but it like that in all Nusa Penida”

“景色很棒！海灘很乾淨很美，房間也很大非常舒適，早餐非常豐盛美味，可惜兒童俱樂部其實沒有按照行程帶活動，而是讓小孩自己玩而已。”
