“約3點到，櫃檯同事有禮貌，但未能即時提供3間房，只俾一間先都可以！可惜馬桶漏水，失望！處理完後又叫一小時後先可再用，直至我要求換房先再協助，危機意識差！ 轉房後門鎖爛左，當晚已即時通知櫃檯，到走都冇人整（入住兩晚）！ 最谷氣係走果陣話要收我penalty，真係即刻想講粗口，雖然最後都唔洗俾，但咁既處理手法真係好有問題！ 酒店係靚既，房間空間夠大，可惜略為殘舊！再加上咁板屈我俾penalty，感覺超差！”

“整體非常好，唯一是入泳池雖要自備泳帽。由於過往經驗毋須帶備，因而要在現場購買，但款式不太合意，而附近商場及超市都沒有售賣而放棄享受游泳，有點掃興。”

“My coworkers and i were really surprised by the value for money in this hotel. The room.is very new and spacious with super comfy bed and clean environment. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The locationis also great as there ia metro next by and cn lead to center city in 30 mins. Highly recommended.”

“這三個晚上住白沙羅旅館，感覺還可以，還蠻舒適的，但有一點必須要建議:就是需要電梯，否則搬運較重的行李時，非常吃力！ 如果再增設電梯的話，相信會更多旅客上門住宿。”

“We chose PJ area because of its proximity to relatives, as recommended by friends - no traffic jam & many good street restaurants in the neighbourhood. This hotel situates on top of Atria Shopping Mall which offers daily necessities. If more shopping is desired, can always go to the bigger One Utama Mall which is 5 minutes drive away. But of course, you would expect at least 10 minutes jam in going in/out of big shopping mall. That's why we didn't choose those hotels on top of big malls”
