“Check-in was easy and we were greeted in a very friendly manor. The room was very clean as was the lobby and hallways. Breakfast was good and constantly being re-stocked. We traveled for the purpose of running a 5K and were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was closed due to being out of order when we returned from our race. Other than that, we had a great stay!”

“My wife said as we pulled in, “cute place”, so it was a winner from the start. Nice room, nice staff, decent breakfast 6-10am for those that like to sleep in. Really spacious bathroom. Great off highway location. Quiet at night, busy in the morning with an active car dealership across the street. Hannaford less than half mile away. ”

“very convenient located, close to Portsmouth with a pretty nice restaurant next door. Free coffee every morning to midnight. Overall is good, but the fitness center is not so well equipment - only two running machines.”

“Due to traffic we called the hotel and said we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight. They told us it was no problem. They were very accommodating. When we arrived they checked us in and gave us a room in a quiet area so we could sleep well. We were very appreciative. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.”

“This is the place I stay whenever in the area, for at least 7 years now. Continues to be excellent! Courteous and helpful desk staff. Saw the manager around quite often. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Designed with a lot of places to put stuff. Flat area next to dresser, at right height for your suitcase, with rolling seat beneath it. Double shelves at the nightstand. Breakfast is amazing. Real eggs, bacon, lots of carbs. You might see reservation sites mentioning construction. I did not……

“Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.”

“Overall really nice and unique hotel. Loved that it was right downtown and walking distance to so many things. Communication was easy with hotel staff. And while I overall liked the room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and my husband and I stayed 3 nights and both had 3 rough nights of sleep due to this. ”
