「very happy with the hotel, staff are helpful and polite, very friendly and welcoming. 」

「It's a vintage (old school) hotel located in Turin main shopping street, had a lot of fun」

「Arrived just around 01:00 am. Could still go in. The receptionist didn't speak English too well but we got there in the end. Only slept there, showered and left. Everything was alright.」

「The overall experience is fine but the hotel room is small and the door is too think so it is easy to hear someone talking in the corridor. Apart from that, the hotel is fine.」

「Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money.」

「Quite dirty around the property with waste bins in full view. The green spots, the trees and the neglected flowerbeds. The entrance to the facility is dirty with pigeon droppings. The interior of the structure is not bad at all although a necessary renovation of the furnishings is evident (the carpets on the stair for example). The employees were very helpful and kind. This is absolutely certain and the cleanliness in the room was perfect. Thanks for your help.」

「A truly beautiful hotel with amazing attention to detail in every aspect. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast wonderful.」

「Buena habitacion y personal amable. Wifi excelente. No hay ascensor. El mando de la tv no funcionaba bien y el del aire acondicionado no estaba. Los alrededores son lamentables como en cualquier estacion de tren europea.」

「接待人員非常專業且友善.但飯店裝潢有點老舊,晚上隔音不好,可以聽到很多雜音,電梯&外部移動聲音. 陽台外面講話聲音,離市區購物中心,走路10分鐘內到 .算是方便 ,但不建議晚上出門. 」

「挺近机场，就是早餐不包，其他都ok，要吃早餐10欧一位，」

「Excelente servicio, las habitaciones son muy grandes y confortable, la recomiendo ampliamente, además es muy económica y cerca del centro de Turin」
