Very friendly reception team. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a family room for 5 people which offered more than enough space including a kitchenette. We also really appreciated the parking facilities in the courtyard. The only drawback was the charging option for charging the electric car. With a charging speed of 1.1 KWh, this is not up to date and completely inadequate for charging a fully electric car. Luckily, there were public stores nearby which we used. I can still highly recommend the accommodation!

What a lovely place to stay! We were greeted with such kindness. Since there was a little kitchen, we frequented a local grocery and cooked our own food. Lovely!

Very nice

Very happy with the accommodation and its very conveniently situated. The staff in reception were one of the most friendly,professionals, helpful i have ever met. Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry. Overall ,my husband and i would recommend Star Residence and we would definitely stay there again.

A great small hotel ideally located.

A great hotel with self catering facilities and ideally located close to the bus station Porta Susa from the airport, 5 minutes walk. Staff very friendly and helpful, as were the cleaners also.

Great stay

Great place right next to porta Susa train station. Didn’t have many expectations as we only stay one night but we were pleasantly surprised. The area is very convenient with restaurants and supermarkets and 2 minute walk to the train station

Excellent services of the receptionist

Even though there was no information on breakfast service, the reception arranged delivery service of simple breakfast from a nearby cafeterias for the first day of new year. The parking lot equipped with electric car charging facility and it was useful to use my hybrid car to turn around the city center. Free coffee service at the lobby was excellent together with diligent receptionists.

Le personnel est très accueillant (ils parlent anglais, français) et très sympathiques. Ils donnent beaucoup de conseils sur les lieux à visiter.
