“The management was very happy and friendly ”

“Lovely park so well Maintained unfortunately it was for only one night but would stay longer next time. So clean and had everything nice bistro next door and bottle shop so that was handy after a long drive. Staff were friendly and had everything. Price for the cabin was really good.”

“I had to travel to Toowoomba for an emergency and when I first booked, I accidentally chose the wrong dates due to being flustered. They fixed my dates for me straight away and were very understanding and helpful. The grounds and rooms were kept nice and clean. ”

“Our second stay, and just as good as the first. Trees and shrubs need some work. ”

“The park was very clean and spacious. We had a site at the back of the property. Maybe they should have asked if we wanted to be close to amenities. Otherwise loved the animals and the chance to interact. Staff busy cleaning grounds and glamour cabins. Enjoyed our 3 nights and hope to return sometime to see what they have added. Good luck with the rescue animals.”

“1.提供的清潔用品不夠五人入住用，只給一人份。 2. 公共廁所及淋浴設施還不錯，提供簡單早餐也蠻好的。 3. 沒有提供爐火及廚具，只能燒柴野炊 但我想管理員應該會阻止以免營區起火。 4. 會給入場券免費參加營區內各項設施及活動。”

“Peaceful and clean”

“Easy access to the beach, beautiful pool area and great outdoor kitchen setup. Well laid out cabin (small toilet room harder for a larger person to use but didnt detract from the overall stay), 2nd bedroom for the kids gets quite hot even with the wall fan, but we figured out that once we went to bed we just had to make sure we opened their door to allow airflow and more lounge seating would have been preferred as a 2 seater lounge with chaise doesnt really work with 6 people and using the……

“旅館職員很友善，環境就是露營車營地般，客房就是在各個改裝的貨櫃裡。 房間裡有窗有獨立舒適的空調，另與室友共用的客廳廚房冰箱和衛浴，但從我們入住至離開我們都沒有看見過室友。 浴室是合格的，冷熱水供應亦穩定，坐廁整潔。 房間尚算合格，不過床鋪其實不能說很乾淨。 至於廚房，應該是室友用過的煮具和食具都一直在洗滌盆沒有洗過，再附送小甴曱一隻... 冰箱裡都是隨意沒包好的各種食物，不過還好還有空間放我們的食物... 客廳沙發上亦有襪一對...”

Apart from the lovely team, we love that there is a proper restaurant in the farm and that there are enough activities in the farm to keep everyone engaged. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at bestbrook and will definitely be back again. ”
