“Great location near the Mississippi River, Guthrie Theatre, stadium, & Mill museum, plus Trader Joe's on the ground floor! This is a small apartment, with more space than a hotel room -- double closet, windowless bedroom, & living area with pullman kitchen & breakfast bar. But no work space! No desk or table & no electrical outlets in main area except for the streaming screen (for your phone -- not TV). Other problems: no hooks in the bathroom, & big wall-mounted jugs of shampoo & bath gel. My……

“Good location in secure building near plenty of places to eat and shop.. Walking distance to target field. Parking was expensive.”

“Everything was ok except we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the lobby to watch Netflix cause somehow the remote isn’t working properly and tv is old including the one in the room I couldn’t connect it to my phone to enjoy indoor evening with my partner so that was a disappointment but above all everything else was good”

“Just a few problems with the unit we stayed in being loud rattling AC that did not even make the apartment cold. Bed was hard as a rock mixed with very hot apartment made it hard to sleep. Parking and navigating the building was also very inconvenient at first. Otherwise building was very clean, loved the amenities (gym, pool, patio space). Loved having dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer and having hot water”

“I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center.”

“We had great weather to utilize the wonderful outdoor space of this property for coffee on the deck in the morning to cookout and hammerschlagen in the evening. 2 couples with 6 adult children enjoyed having their own bedroom along with ample bathrooms to not feel cramped. Very clean! Had an issue with internet/cable, but the owner responded in a timely manner to rectify the issue.”

“We stayed here for a long weekend while enjoying a baseball game. It was within walking distance to the tram so super easy to get to Target Field! Property was clean and the check in was easy, they even had treats for our dogs out when we got there!! Fenced in back yard so it was great for letting them out and play! Overall great place for us to stay and enjoy the weekend!”
