"We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. "The hotel itself is nice. The room I got was spacious and is near a lot of walkable spots for shopping, eating, and activities. However it being Los Angeles there is a lot of homeless and that also brings a lot of foul odors and a bit of some no safe areas to walk.
