Un tocco in più al nostro soggiorno è stato dato dalla sauna e la vasca idromassaggio che abbiamo potuto utilizzare a nostro piacimento. Consigliamo Vivamente questa struttura”

“L'arrivée par une piste de sable, au milieu des pins, et avec la piscine à l'abri des regards, c'était parfait pour ma compagne et moi qui avons vraiment apprécié le style du Cottage, naturel et authentique, et malgré cela à seulement 5 minutes de tout ! C'est un endroit unique. Pour le reste, arrivée, propreté, service, rien à dire, tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. . Le seul petit inconvénient : la voiture est indispensable. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination. L&S”

“Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!! ”

“The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible ”

“The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. “La posizione della struttura è ideale per poter visitare la città di Sermoneta spostandosi a piedi, ma la disponibilità di un parcheggio riservato vicino permette di utilizzare l'appartamento come base di partenza per esplorare altre località nei dintorni. L'appartamento è ampio e ben strutturato, dotato di tutti i servizi indispensabili per un soggiorno piacevole. A causa del maltempo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare al meglio l'ampio terrazzo di uso esclusivo da cui è possibile ammirare l'intera……

“We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. ”

“Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good……

“Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.”

“Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)”

“Very nice villa in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Villa was very beautyful, well equipped and clean. We really enjoyed the terrace area and the pool. Host was very friendly and everything went really smooth. We can warmly recommend!”
