“A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again.”

“This place was absolutely filthy disgusting blood stains on the sheets I have pictures of everything spiders and bugs everywhere there was a spider that was the biggest spider I’ve ever seen was on the wall when I came to go to bed at night the sheets smell like somebody else’s cologne and there is stains everywhere And spiderwebs all in the ceilings I got absolutely ripped off this room wasn’t worth $10 don’t go here ”

As Chiangkhan is such a small town, so don't expect the owner can speak any other languag but thai, thought they are very hospitality and like to talk to u. “2 star resort with 4 star price, view from balcony was lovely but couldn't use because of the mosquitoes. Linen stained and smelt of previous occupants. Breakfast was poor, no fresh coffee. ”

“NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. Conversation can be heard across rooms. Walking to use the common toilets will create “cracking sound” of wood! Wake up everybody. Stay 1 night (booked 2 nights) and left ”
