「The place was clean and close to restaurants and walking distance to beach. Communication on how to check into room was easy to follow. After I had checked out I realized I left my phone charger in room….a few texts back and forth I was able to pick up charger a few days later I was very happy that they took the time to look for it and made sure I got it back😊」

「Room and breakfast were what I expected, kids loved the pool. What left an impression was I left my camera bag on the shuttle bud to old San Juan, the driver returned it to the desk, and the staff at the desk made sure it got back to me. Thank you!! - We stayed at five hotels on the island during our stay, the staff at this hotel were very helpful compared to some of the other hotels, especially the chain ones. 」
