“Wir durften 2 Wochen auf diesem wunderschöne Anwesen verweilen. Unser Check in ging super schnell, das Häuschen „Nuraghi“ wurde uns sauber übergeben. Das aller Beste am ganzen ist aber der Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool, wir haben ganze Tage dort verbracht und sind sogar Nachts baden gegangen, die Aussicht von der Anlage aus ist phänomenal! Die Bilder die man dazu auf FeWo sieht, geben das was einen erwartet überhaupt nicht wieder, aber das ist uns lieber als andersherum... Das Wasser war……

“As soon as I walked up to the gate and looked into the garden, I knew I had someplace special! The owners were able to accommodate me on a last-minute request, and I appreciated this. When you walk up to the first level, there are two sliding glass doors with the most gorgeous view of the sea pulling you in! On this level there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a beautiful Murano glass chandelier. Continue to walk up to the next level and there you will find two additional rooms plus a……

“So much space at this amazing property... Felt very secure and a great place for our two families to relax. The pool is absolutely lovely and attended to every day. Air conditioning worked well. Only real disadvantage is the distance of the villa from the local town and beaches, so only really suitable if you have your own car. Great friendly host too, with great communication - we had a trouble free booking from start to finish. ”

“My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision.”

“The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host.”

“Originally the listing said it had Wi-Fi (which was a necessity for us) but when we tried to check in there was no Wi-Fi, making it very difficult to communicate with property owner, especially for international travelers. Also, there was no hair dryer or shampoo as listed and very little soap. While walking distance to beach was nice, the noise from planes made it hard to sleep.”

“Wir haben uns für diese Location entschieden, weil sie uns auf Anhieb zusagte. Die Preisleistung und die tollen Rezessionen haben uns bestätigt. Doch als wir dort ankamen war es alles noch besser und schöner als auf den Bildern. Elisabetta und Marco sind Herzens gute und liebe Menschen. Italiener halt. Man fühlt sich heimisch und man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer fremden Wohnung zu sitzen. Diese ruhige und schöne Lage umher, nicht weit vom Strand ist jeden Cent wert. Ich würde mal sagen……

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”
