The hotel offers a private butler service, and my butler, Sinnie, provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay. She promptly resolved any issues, such as providing a new USB charging cable when needed. During checkout, she also presented a small gift from Bvlgari. Overall, Bvlgari Hotel provides excellent service with cozy room decor. I particularly enjoyed their bedtime tea preparation. The room service staff familiarize themselves with your habits and preferences, ensuring personalized room arrangements. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Amazing stay at Bulgari Shanghai
Lovely hotel overlooking the Bund. Probably the best view in Shanghai. The room was clean, the butler assigned to the room had superb service, and the Bulgari amenities were 5 star quality. The location is the only downside for this hotel as you would need to get a cab to go anywhere, but the concierge is nice and will call a cab for you if you call a few minutes ahead. If you have any tour of any kind, leave early to count for traffic and taxi to arrive at the hotel. Not many cab drivers knew about the location so we had to give them manual directions which would not work if you don’t speak Mandarin.

We liked the location, cleanliness, and above all the staff. They were all very helpful and extremely friendly. We didn't like the internet service, breakfast, and the fact that the swimming pool was closed. Overall, a great place to stay in Shanghai.

A Luxury break.
From the moment of arrival the staff treated you as a VIP but the were not intrusive. From the welcome drink of hot chocolate to the free chocolates and soft drinks in the mini bar were the touches making the stay even more special. The spa was comfortable with a very nice swimming pool and steam room - the massage although expensive was a good experience in a large private room. The room was well laid out and spacious with good WiFi and big screen television. Unfortunately the whiskey bar closes at 9.30 but the bar on the 47th floor had good ambience with great views. The only issue was the evening food in the bar was not up to expectation but the staff handled it in a positive way, however the breakfast was very good and made up for it. The location at first felt a bit remote but it is only a 15 walk to the Bund. Can’t wait to have another night at the Bvlgari

Would pick this hotel anytime again
The combination of high quality hardware and excellent service levels made the stay a very memorable one. The rooms are very spacious and bedding, seating areas are very comfortably designed. But stands out most though is the absolute A-class service levels the team has brought forward. They have shown great hospitality and detail to attention.

Newly opened for 4 days, decided to try it out. Being BVLGARI, it can’t disappoint right? WRONG. It was chaotic as I had expected, being that it was NEW, and mostly Chinese guests scrambling around the lobby and nowhere to really sit while waiting for my room. Upon check-in, was told the room I booked was not available...however they offered an upgrade, and I waited for almost 2 hours, when I was told it would be 30 minutes. During my wait, I asked if there’s a place I could lunch. There was no space in the restaurant. Fully booked. By non-guests. I do not know why they don’t try to accommodate staying guests. The suite had a bad layout. The bath tub is inside the shower area. The mini bar items were not stocked. The view and the bed were amazing. The staff really tried their best I suppose. I’ll try it again after a year and maybe by that time it will be a true 5 Star Hotel.

We tried to accommodate you in a larger room as soon as we could and I am sorry it took longer than expected. I have taken good note of your experience in accommodating in-house guests for our F&B operations and we have already adjusted our process in order to ensure that our in-house guests always have a seat at any time in our outlets. I appreciate your comments about our colleagues trying their best, indeed the team has been striving to exceed our guests expectations, and I have to apologize one more time as we failed to do this with you. 危機處理很棒
住宿當天點了一份凱撒沙拉,結果裡面有頭髮,我是非常訝異的,這樣一流的飯店在飲食品質控管上沒有處理好。另外浴室天花板也掉落東西。 但,飯店人員服務非常好,危機處理也很好,立刻幫我們升等到江景套房,也立刻補充我們點的餐點,且另外加了水果彌補一切。 江景很美及服務人員的態度,讓我們忘了原先的缺失。謝謝🙏

非常赞,不愧是宝格丽
宝格丽酒店可谓上海酒店的典范,无论设施还是服务都可称完美。门口礼宾服务很赞,房间面积超大,设施豪华,尤其喜欢浴室的设施和备品。早餐中西合璧,内容丰富。也希望宝格丽继续努力,继续做上海酒店的领头羊。

部屋は美しく清潔、かつ機能的で、ここ以上のホテルを知りません。レストランやスパも申し分なし。立地も地下鉄駅から徒歩2分ほどで抜群。それに加えてサービスも素晴らしかったです。私たちを個人的に担当してくれたAliceさんの心のこもったおもてなしを忘れることはないでしょう。確かに高額なホテルですが、その価値は充分にあると思います。

他のホテルやタクシーの運転手が、ブルガリの名前や場所を知らなくて変なところに連れて行かれて困った。ホテルはクオリティが高く、景色も最高でした。朝食はよかったのですが、下品な中国人家族が多くて雰囲気がいまいちでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。日本語ができるので助かりました。

今回、外灘が見える部屋を予約した。 部屋の天井が高いためか、広く、快適に感じる部屋だった。 ビール4本と、ソフトドリンクは無料。 朝食は、好みによるが、上海スタイルの「おかゆ」が美味しかった。 ホテルスタッフは、ゲストにフレンドリーに話しかけて来るので ブランドのコンセプトに基づく接客教育が、なされていることが 感じられた。 今回の滞在期間では、プールやスパの利用は無かったが 今後、機会があれば、利用したい。
